The complete bridge assembly includes the new tooth structure, with special crowns attached to each end. These crowns slot over your adjacent teeth and secure the bridge in place.

Bridges can give you a natural and reliable replacement tooth, but for more permanent results, we may recommend a dental implant. When you get an implant, we’ll refer you to an oral surgeon. They will insert a small metal post to your jawbone, which forms the basis of your implant.

After this post has fully grafted to your bone, you’ll come back to Evolve Dentistry. We’ll design a customized crown to attach to this post. Once it’s installed, the implant process is complete! Implants can last for decades with the proper care.
