Our dental office in New Bern is a fee-for-service practice that accepts most insurances as an out-of-network provider for general dental services. We’ll gladly file your insurance for you. If you’re looking for preventive or diagnostic services, most insurance providers will cover them with us. However, we cannot process any insurance claims for our cosmetic dentistry or aesthetics treatments.

Evolve Dentistry & Aesthetics is also proud to offer financing! We’ve partnered with CareCredit to help anyone access treatment at our practice. With CareCredit, you’ll start by applying online for a card. It’s easy to get approved for a CareCredit card and our office is more than happy to walk you through the application process.

However, for more general information about what to expect, you can check out our patient forms! We’ve made all of our key forms available online for you to reference before any appointment. If you’re a new patient, you can even fill these forms out online in advance to save some time at your first appointment
