With Opalescence Go, we can give you either a 10% hydrogen peroxide solution or a 15% solution for more effective whitening.
With either option, you’ll start by removing the whitening trays from their package. Each day you will use an upper tray (labeled “U”) and a lower tray (labeled “L”) to provide even coverage across your teeth.
Start with the upper tray and position it beneath your teeth. When you’ve evenly lined it up beneath your upper teeth, bite down and suck on the tray for 2 seconds. Then remove the outer colored tray, leaving the inner white tray on your teeth. Repeat this process for the lower tray.
Once both trays are on your teeth, wait the appropriate length of time before removing them. For the 10% whitening solution, you’ll keep the trays on for 30 to 60 minutes. For the 15% solution, you will keep them in for 15 to 20 minutes.
You’ll repeat this process once a day for 10 days before your teeth whitening in New Bern is complete!
